STATE DELAYS OPENING OF SALONS: Governor Lamont delays opening salons and barber shops until early June. Originally, the industry got clearance to open on May 20th, but after speaking with salon/barber business owners and employees, Governor Lamont feels additional prepartion time time is needed. RESTAURANTS & OUTDOOR DINING: The Town of Orange has a new application based on the State's GUIDELINES to expedite the permitting process for outdoor dining. The application is available on the town's ViewPoint system.
